Cookie-brownie to share

A very simple and chocolatey recipe today, a giant cookie-brownie to share. I slightly adapted my all-chocolate cookie recipe, and baked the whole thing in a circle, so it's even faster to make than individual cookies! The recipe is very simple and really fast, and of course delicious ;)
Prep time : 15 minutes + 20 minutes cooking
For a 16cm cookie :
110g chocolate
40g salted butter
60g flour
65g sugar
5g baking powder
1 egg
75g chocolate chips
Melt the butter and chocolate.
Whissk the eggs and sugar, then add the melted butter and chocolate.
Add the flour and baking powder.
And finally incorporate the chocolate chips.
Pour the dough in a 16cm buttered circle.
Cook in the preheated oven at 180°C during 15 to 20 minutes. Let cool during a few minutes before unmolding and enjoying !
